On June, 2014 President\r\nYoweri Museveni delivered a State of the Nation address to the Parliament in\r\nwhich he pointed out agriculture, industry, services and ICT as the four key sectors\r\nthat are the foundations of wealth and employment creation. He also outlined\r\nover twenty (20) bills that the Government intends to table during the newly\r\nopened session of Parliament.
